Bio: Hi! My name is Jess Hurtado, and I am a junior from Chicago double majoring in Economics and Global Studies, as well as minoring in Spanish. I am super involved at Lehigh! I am an Eckardt scholar, the vice president of finance for the United Nations Association, a community service office tutor, a hispanic center volunteer, and a Girls on the Run coach at the local elementary school. Additionally, I have been on the Uganda Sustainable Livelihoods trip twice and I am going to study abroad in Granada, Spain in the second semester of junior year. In my free time, I like to run, read, watch movies, hike, go to coffee shops, and hangout with friends and family. I really love Lehigh, and I am excited to tell you about my experience here. Feel free to reach out with any questions! I would be happy to help!
